Jeanne Johnson, LCPC is a seasoned clinician who gained her Bachelor’s in psychology from Bowie State University and obtained her Master’s from the University of Baltimore. She is currently a fulltime doctorate student pursuing her Psy.D in Clinical Psychology. Her clinical experience came from various settings spanning the last decade.
Her wealth of knowledge, passion and dedication to mental health and recovery began in 2012 when she worked as an Intensive In-Home therapist. Within this role she served families of Washington DC for a period of 4 yrs. She simultaneously worked as a Substance Abuse Counselor and Director for a period of 8.5 yrs. As she progressed in the field she served as a Residential Therapist for 4 yrs. working with severely mentally ill adolescents ages 13-21 in secured residential facilities within Baltimore. She then served in the capacity of a Crisis Therapist in the ER for over 5 years, while sharpening up her skills as a clinical supervisor since 2019. Her years of service with diversified populations combined with professional training and experience have inspired her to pour into future clinicians and graduate students through the role of clinical supervision. She takes supervision seriously and she has a heart to help others grow and learn in a creative way.
